What does a typical yacht charter come with?
All our charters feature a trained crew, safety gear, fuel, and complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments. Different charters offer unique inclusions — for instance, sunset trips provide high-end refreshments and light bites, whereas business charters offer meeting amenities and specialized catering services.
How far in advance is it recommended to book?
It's advisable to reserve a charter 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during our high season (May–September). For business gatherings and personal milestones, we suggest arranging 4–6 weeks prior for broader selection and customization time.
What is the protocol for bad weather?
Your safety is our main concern. Should our captain assess the weather to be hazardous, we'll propose an alternate charter date or issue a complete return. We keep a close watch on the forecast and will reach out if the weather seems unsuitable 24 hours before departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Guests are permitted to bring their own edibles and drinks. We also provide top-notch customized catering services, tailored to your tastes. Kindly note, for safety, glass recipients are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility impairments?

What terms apply for cancellations?
If you cancel 72 hours before departure or earlier, a full refund will be provided. Cancelling within 24 to 72 hours of departure results in a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded, with exceptions for unsafe weather or yacht malfunctions on our end.
